Homemade Tomato Sauce With Italian Meatballs And Fresh Pasta

Then I wanted to make something Italian. I love Italian cuisine, although I have not worked much with it. You already know the recipes for my tomato sauce and meatballs. But a combination you haven't seen on my blog. It is always a winner!

4 people:

Recipe for the meatballs:
500 g ground beef
2 egg yolks
4 slices of toast
1/4 teaspoon sweet chili
1 tablespoons oregano
½ tablespoon dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1-1½ tsp salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Method:
Chop onion and garlic finely. Sauté in the pan and let them cool slightly. Then mix everything together in a bowl, meat, eggs, bread, chili, oregano, rosemary, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Make sure everything is well mixed. Then begin to shape some meatballs in the size of about 2 bites. Then fry all the meatballs until they are cooked through. They are ready to be served!

Recipe for the tomato sauce:
3 cans skinned tomatoes
1 large onion or 2 medium
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon sweet chili
2-3 tablespoons oregano
2-3 teaspoons salt
a good handful of chopped parsley
virgin olive oil

Method:
Chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in the pan in some olive oil. Then add the tomatoes, sugar, chili, salt, oregano and pepper. simmer for 10-15 minutes, and taste it with any extra chilli, salt, pepper and sugar. Then add the parsley. Once you have done that you have a delicious and rustic sauce.

Boil some fresh pasta, grate some parmesan cheese, serve and eat!
