A Delicious Dish With Pork Chops, Cream, Mustard And Tarragon



Then it was time for a delicious dish here on the blog with pork chops, cream, mustard and tarragon. The sauce was a bit thin, but it was by choice, because we love the sauce in the family, and there would not be enough if it was a little thick! But I will give the information about the recipe what to do and to leave out to get a delicious and creamy sauce!



For 6-8 people
Recipe:
1000-1200 g pork chops*
½ liter of coffee cream (18%)
1 cup milk
1 ½ cups broth
½ -1 teaspoon tarragon
400 grams of mushroom
2 large onions
2 leeks
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olivenoile
3 teaspoons Dijon mustard (you can put more in, if you love mustard)
3 tsp lemon juice
3-4 tsp salt (possibly more)
pepper

Method:
Cut the chops into strips and fry in a pan with half the olive oil. The meat gives some fluid. Save this liquid in a bowl! When the meat is cooked, put it aside. Now use the same pan to sear the chopped onions, leeks and garlic in! Then add the chopped mushrooms, and cook about 5 minutes. Then add the cream, milk, broth and juice from the meat. * Then you add the tarragon, lemon, mustard, salt and taste with pepper. Mix the meat in the pot again, and taste again with salt and pepper. Put a lid on the pot and place it in the oven at 180 degrees C for 1 hour, or pour the mixture into a serving dish and place in the oven for one hour at 180 degrees C.

Serve it with rice and a good salad!

*You can also use chicken, just as delicious!
* If you do not want a thin sauce, but a thick sauce, then drop the milk, and add only ½ cup broth.
