Pasta With A Lovely Spinach/Cream Cheese Sauce!



It's time for a new recipe! It tasted super delicious, and it was all done in under an hour!



For 6-8 people

Recipe:
2 packets of fresh pasta (500 g)
1 package piquant cheese (200 g cream cheese with herbs, red pepper, onion and garlic)
2 cups of cream
1 cup of milk
90 g blanched and chopped almonds
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 package frozen spinach
salt
pepper

Method:
cook the pasta and drain. Use the same pan to heat the cream, piquant cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. When the cream is close to boiling added in the milk and spinach, and taste again. Now dump the chopped almonds in. Now it's time to turn the pasta in, and the dish is ready to be served! Simple and delicious!

I served with chicken and a red pepper salad! Great!
