My Version Of Italian Meatballs

Then it was time for a little more meat on the blog! These delicious homemade Italian meatballs (my version) with a little chilli, is the perfect accessory! Both to tomato sauce, soups, to bread or just as a snack on a stick when guests come!

8-10 people
1000 g ground beef
3 egg yolks
4 slices of toast
½ teaspoon sweet chili
2 tablespoons oregano
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1-2 tsp salt
½ -1 teaspoon pepper

Chop onion and garlic finely. Sauté in the pan and let them cool slightly. Then mix everything together in a bowl, meat, eggs, bread, chili, oregano, rosemary, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Make sure everything is well mixed. Then begin to shape some meatballs in the size of about 2 bites. Then fry all the meatballs until they are cooked through. They are ready to be served!
