Great Chocolate Cupcakes!

I tried for the first time to bake some chocolate cupcakes with chocolate pieces in, with chocolate butter cream and chocolate pieces on top! So it's an extreme chocolate bomb, but they taste good! I actually think that the result was really good, now it was the first time I made cupcakes!

10 cupcakes
½ cup oil
1 cup confectioner's sugar
½ tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup flour and 1 tablespoon
65 g chopped dark chocolate
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate butter cream:
40 g butter (room temperature)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C hot air, or 180 degrees C normal.

Mix all ingredients together for the cakes. Pour the mixture into 10 silicone cupcake molds (or whatever you have). filling about 2/3 parts up. Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes (I baked in hot air, and the cakes should have 22 minutes). Then you have 10 perfect cupcakes!

Let them cool for a few hours.

you mix butter, cocoa, confectioner's sugar and vanilla extract. Then add the milk little by little. Finally, you have a nice thick buttercream you can put on your cupcakes. Finally, as a finish you can put some extra chopped chocolate pieces on top.
